Rogue Theatrics is preparing for its next chapter as founder and Executive Producer Chip Gregory steps back from day-to-day leadership and passes the torch to Daniel Bradshaw and Eric Mosley, two longtime creative contributors who have helped shape the group since its return in 2023.

Bradshaw and Mosley will now serve as Executive Producers of Rogue Theatrics, while continuing in their current creative and operational roles. Bradshaw will remain Producing Artistic Director, and Mosley will remain Managing Producer. Both have been writing sketches for Rogue since this iteration of the group began and have co-directed Rogue shows since November 2024.

Rogue Theatrics founder and Executive Producer Chip Gregory is stepping back from day-to-day leadership as a new team prepares to lead the troupe into its next chapter. Gregory, who founded Rogue Theatrics in 2023, will remain connected in an honorary producer and advisory role when needed. The transition allows Gregory to focus on Marion LIVE, his digital magazine covering dining, entertainment, and culture in Greater Marion, along with other creative work in the community and personal priorities, while giving the new leadership team room to build on Rogue’s foundation and shape its future.

“Chip was the catalyst for all of this,” Bradshaw said. “He saw the opportunity to bring people together, create something fun, and give Marion another reason to laugh. Eric and I are incredibly grateful for the trust he’s placed in us, and we’re honored to help carry Rogue forward.”

Mosley said the transition is rooted in respect for what Gregory started and excitement for what comes next.

“Rogue exists because Chip was willing to say, ‘Let’s try this,’ and then actually make it happen,” Mosley said. “That kind of spark is rare. Daniel and I are excited to keep building on the foundation he created and continue giving audiences the kind of shows they’ve come to expect from Rogue: funny, energetic, and just a little ridiculous.”

Since 2023, Rogue Theatrics has brought together local performers, writers, musicians, and creative volunteers to produce live entertainment built around sketch comedy, music, and community connection. The group has developed a growing audience in Marion and surrounding communities by creating original shows designed to give people a fun night out and a break from the ordinary.

The leadership transition comes as Rogue prepares for its next production, Summer Hoopla, a live variety-style show featuring music, sketch comedy, and original material from the Rogue creative team. The June production at the Marion Palace Theatre’s May Pavilion will be one of the first major shows under Bradshaw and Mosley’s expanded leadership.

As Bradshaw and Mosley step into expanded leadership, Rogue Theatrics plans to continue producing live shows while exploring new creative opportunities for performers and audiences.

“Rogue has always worked because people show up with their time, talent, and willingness to be a little weird for a good cause,” Bradshaw said. “That part isn’t changing. We’re just excited to keep the momentum going and see what else this group can become.”
