Join the team that’s bringing bold, unforgettable entertainment to Marion.

Rogue Theatrics is powered by passionate people who believe in what we’re building — high-energy shows, live music, comedy, community, and a mission to make Marion a true destination for entertainment. While Rogue is an LLC, our leadership team is not paid, and the majority of our productions are driven by a talented group of volunteers who give their time, creativity, and heart to the work.
We pay our musicians and rent the professional equipment needed to elevate the experience, and we’re actively working toward the goal of paying every single contributor as Rogue continues to grow. Until then, we welcome volunteers who want to be part of something exciting, meaningful, and community-driven.
Where We Need Volunteers
Whether you love being behind the scenes, helping in the moment, or creating from your laptop at home, there’s a place for you at Rogue.
Backstage Crew
Assist with set changes, props, transitions, and keeping the flow smooth on show nights.
Administrative Support
Help with organization, communication, scheduling, and the behind-the-scenes details that keep us running.

On-site credit for photographers/videographers
Resume credit
Professional networking within Marion’s arts community
Skill development with experienced technicians and producers
We believe in growing together — and we’re building toward the day when every role at Rogue is paid.
