looking for like-minded individuals to help with our mission — and help make our community of friends even larger.

Some of us perform. Most of us build, run, fix, cue, carry, organize, shoot, post, greet, and keep the whole thing alive.

Where We Need Volunteers

We’re looking for driven people like us who care about doing things well. We show up on time, we’re dependable, and we give our best to the work — every rehearsal, every show, every role.​ Rogue runs on people contributing in different ways. Some roles are show-night focused. Some happen before or after. All of them matter.
 

Assistant Directors

Support directors with rehearsals, blocking, notes, and overall show flow.


Stage Managers

Coordinate cues, schedules, and communication across cast and crew during rehearsals and performances.


Backstage Crew

Assist with set changes, props, transitions, and keeping things moving smoothly on show nights.


Make-Up & Hair

Assist performers with make-up and hair for shows, help maintain looks during performances, and support quick changes as needed.


Administrative Support

Help with organization, communication, scheduling, and behind-the-scenes logistics.

Marketing & Social Media

Assist with content creation, posting, audience engagement, and outreach.


Lighting & Sound Assistants

Work alongside tech leads on lights, sound cues, and effects. Training provided.


Photography & Videography

Capture behind-the-scenes moments and live show energy for official use.


Front-of-House Helpers
Guest check-in, seating, raffle tables, and overall audience experience.
