With a diverse background as an accomplished actor, comedy performer, writer, and music composer, Daniel's talent shines on and off the stage. Having honed his skills on the Marion Palace Stage through the years, he possesses a deep understanding of the craft and a natural ability to captivate audiences, making him an invaluable asset to Rogue Theatrics.
Beyond his exceptional performing abilities, Daniel is a trailblazer in marketing innovation. With an innovative mindset that thrives on finding unexpected solutions to marketing challenges, he fearlessly pushes creative boundaries to ensure Rogue Theatrics stands out in the spotlight.
Daniel's commitment to excellence extends beyond the theater. As the Chair of the Palace Board of Trustees Executive Committee, he continues to enrich the artistic community he cherishes. Moreover, he leads marketing and business development efforts for Pillar Credit Union in Marion, Ohio, an accomplishment that earned him the prestigious Ohio Credit Union League's Marketing Brilliance Award in 2019.

Eric Mosley – Managing Producer
Eric Mosley is a cornerstone of our production team, serving as Managing Producer and driving force behind the precision, pacing, and polish of every Rogue Theatrics performance. With a career spanning broadcast media, on-air talent, radio production, marketing, and live event management, Eric brings a uniquely powerful blend of creative instinct and operational mastery to our stage.
Before joining Rogue, Eric built an impressive résumé across Central Ohio’s media landscape. He serves as a Radio Producer at 97.1 The FAN, Director of Marketing and Public Relations at McDaniel Automotive, and On-Air Personality with iHeartMedia, where he works as a Sports Broadcaster. These roles sharpened his skills in audience engagement, storytelling, communication, and high-pressure production—skills that now elevate the Rogue experience at every turn.
Eric’s expertise spans broadcasting, audio editing, comedy writing, podcasting, improv, and voice acting, giving him a creative versatility that enhances both the artistry and technical execution of our shows. Behind the scenes, he handles the intricate logistics our productions demand—managing operations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring every moving part aligns with the precision of a live performance that leaves audiences buzzing.
Kristi Wink – Executive Producer
Kristi is a driving force in shaping the creative direction of the company. A seasoned professional with a profound love for the performing arts, her journey has taken her to renowned stages across Broadway, Cleveland, and back to her roots on the Marion Palace stage.
With a BFA in Acting from The Ohio State University, Kristi's versatile talents shine as a director, producer, and choreographer, bringing captivating stories to life on the Marion Palace stage. Her exceptional abilities have led to numerous acclaimed productions, earning recognition and admiration from both her peers and audiences alike.
Beyond her role at Rogue Theatrics, Kristi is an inspiring and dedicated educator, imparting her passion and expertise in dance and acting at her studio, Douce Dance Studio, and the Marion Palace Theater. Her commitment to nurturing the next generation of artists is a testament to her profound love for the arts.

Chip Gregory – Executive Producer
Chip Gregory is the founder and Executive Producer of Rogue Theatrics, bringing with him experience and a passion for the performing arts. His journey began at Marion Palace Theatre during his youth, where he honed his theatrical talents under the guidance of Clare Cooke and George Schram.
Equipped with a B.A. Degree in Communications/Theatre from Judson University in Elgin, Illinois, Chip skillfully combines his expertise in the theatrical arts with a deep understanding of communications and marketing strategies. Throughout his career, he has seamlessly merged theater production and marketing to create captivating experiences that resonate with audiences and elevate brands.
With a portfolio spanning cities like Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Austin, and Columbus, Ohio, Chip has worked as a producer, director, and performer in a diverse array of theater productions and comedy shows. His passion for comedy led him to pursue further training at the renowned Second City in Chicago, where he honed his skills as a comedy writer and sketch performer. Additionally, during his time in LA, he became a member of the late Hollywood comedy icon Fred Willard's esteemed comedy troupe as both a writer and performer.
As a seasoned marketer, Chip fully grasps the significance of harnessing digital platforms to enhance the reach of live performances. By leveraging the power of digital marketing, social media, and innovative advertising, he stands ready to elevate Rogue Theatrics' presence and foster meaningful connections with audiences.
